Nick Brown has extensive experience in the dairy industry, currently serving as the Powders Plant Manager at Fonterra since July 2006. With a progression of roles including P1 Process Manager and Team Leader, as well as a background as a Senior Milk Powder Operator, Nick has developed a strong expertise in plant operations. Prior to Fonterra, Nick managed a 440 cow intensive farming operation for private farmers, overseeing various aspects of dairy farm management. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Dairy Technology from Wintec and a New Zealand Certificate in Engineering from Waikato Polytechnic.
