Robyn White

Robyn White has over 13 years of experience at Fonterra, currently serving as P&C Deployment Manager. Robyn has held various roles including Head of Early Careers, Programme Manager for Apprenticeships and Technical Graduates, HR Business Partner, HR Manager, and Senior HR Advisor. Key responsibilities include leading national strategies for apprenticeships, managing graduate development programs, providing strategic HR direction, coaching people leaders, and building relationships with external stakeholders. Prior to Fonterra, Robyn worked as a Consultant at Personnel Resources Temp Resources and as an HR Advisor at ABB. Robyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Massey University and attended Christchurch Girls' High School from 1990 to 1993.
