Scott Stratton

Scott Stratton is an experienced Site Services Manager at Fonterra, overseeing maintenance, utilities, and engineering teams to enhance site performance since July 2011. Stratton has also served as the Velocity (Transformation) Implementation Manager, focusing on cost reductions and revenue generation within Central Waikato Manufacturing Operations, and as the Commercial Lead for various manufacturing sites, managing profit and loss statements and financial controls. Previous roles include Technical Assistant to the Managing Director of Global Operations, OE Process Project Manager, and Southern Cluster OE Manager, as well as consulting positions at Knox D'Arcy and Coriolis UK Ltd. Stratton began the career at Tenon Ltd as an Innovation and Development Manager, fostering new product launches and process optimizations. An alumnus of the University of Canterbury, Stratton holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management.
