Simon Tucker serves as the Group Director of Global External Affairs at Fonterra, a role assumed in May 2018, overseeing corporate sustainability, environmental partnerships, stakeholder relationships, and trade strategy both in New Zealand and globally. In addition, Simon holds advisory and board positions with the Sustainable Business Council NZ and Cooperative Business New Zealand since October 2022. Previous experience includes leadership roles at the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade, the Dairy Companies Association of New Zealand, DairyNZ, and various positions at Fonterra since 2003. Simon holds a Master of Arts with First Class Honours in Conflict Theory, Negotiation, and Mediation, and a Bachelor of Arts.
