Currently serving as the Support&Service Team Lead for Manufacturing Systems at Fonterra since October 2012, Simon has also held the position of Manufacturing Operations Engineer. Prior to this role, Simon worked as a System Engineer at Combined Technologies from 2008 to October 2012 and began a career as a Project & Research Student at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare from 2005 to 2007. Simon holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic and Computing from Manukau Institute of Technology, earned between 2003 and 2007.
