Steve Taylor

GM R&d Technology Capability

Steve Taylor has extensive experience in the dairy industry, currently serving as GM of R&D Technology Capability and GM of R&D Advanced Nutrition at Fonterra since June 2002. Taylor's previous roles at Fonterra include Food Chemistry Manager, Food Structure Manager, Technical Manager for Ingredient Functionality, and Business Development Project Manager. Prior to Fonterra, Taylor worked at the New Zealand Dairy Research Institute from October 1993 to June 2002 as Protein Ingredient Portfolio Manager and Research Scientist. Taylor holds an MBA from Massey University (1996-1998), a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge (1990-1993), and a B.Tech (Hons) in Biotechnology from Massey University (1987-1989).
