Tim Allen

Tim Allen is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Fonterra since November 2022. With extensive experience in the legal field, Tim has held significant roles including Senior Legal Counsel for New Markets - EMEA and Legal Counsel at Lightsource bp from July 2019 to September 2022. Prior to that, Tim worked as a Senior Solicitor and Solicitor at Webb Henderson from March 2018 to May 2019, and as a Solicitor at Russell McVeagh from February 2014 to April 2017, focusing on corporate advisory matters. Tim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Commerce from the University of Otago, completed in 2013, and is a graduate of Auckland Grammar School.
