Tim Smith is a seasoned leader in strategic transformation and sales within the food ingredients industry, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Transformation for Global Ingredients at Fonterra since June 2014. In this role, Tim leads a team of project managers to deliver key initiatives that drive growth and innovation, while implementing a cross-functional transformation program aligned with the company's 10-year plan.
