Will Rouse

Will Rouse is a Senior Engineering Project Manager at Fonterra, where they lead multi-vendor, multi-disciplinary project teams in delivering large and mid-sized capital projects across the Central North Island. Previously, they held various roles at Fonterra, including Technical Team Lead and Process Manager, where they focused on improving performance and managing operations in production facilities. Will began their career as a Production Management Trainee at Cargill and worked as a Process Engineer at Amylum UK and Barr-Rosin Ltd. They hold a BEng in Chemical Engineering from Loughborough University.
