Johan Struik is currently a Bestuursadviseur at Fontys University of Applied Sciences, a position they have held since 2019. Previously, Johan served as the Adjunct directeur at FLOT - Fontys Lerarenopleiding Tilburg from 2012 to 2018 and worked as a team manager and lecturer at Fontys Hogescholen from 2005 to 2010. Before their time at Fontys, Johan was a consultant at S2, Management & Organisatie from 2002 to 2005 and the Regiomanager for Utrecht & Flevoland at Fontys OSO from 2010 to 2012. Johan holds a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Roehampton and has postgraduate qualifications in Special Educational Needs from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, along with a Bachelor's degree from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences in teacher training.
