About Food Passion

Food Passion is a Saudi food and beverage company founded by a collaboration of young entrepreneurs, creating some of the most innovative dining concepts in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. We specialize in restaurant concept creation, F&B consulting, and business development, helping shape the region’s growing food industry.

As the creators of Brioché Gourmet Eatery, Mudakhan, Bow by Brioche, Yaza, and Brioche Bakery, we have built a diverse portfolio that reflects our mission to combine Saudi heritage with modern culinary innovation. Our operations span Jeddah, Riyadh, Taif, Madinah, and the Gulf region, serving customers through luxury restaurants, artisanal bakeries, catering, and online retail platforms.
Food Passion is recognized as a leader in the Saudi Culinary Kitchen, working on mega projects with the Ministry of Culture as well as independent initiatives. Our work focuses on studying, preserving, and modernizing Saudi cuisine in line with Vision 2030, positioning Saudi Arabia as a global culinary destination.
At the heart of our success are two key leaders:

Ebraheem Hashem — CEO & Visionary Leader: entrepreneur, consultant, and strategist driving Food Passion’s growth and innovation.

Hakim Bagabas — Executive Chef: culinary innovator blending Saudi traditions with contemporary techniques, delivering authentic and world-class dining experiences.

With expertise in F&B consulting, restaurant operations, catering, and culinary innovation, Food Passion continues to redefine the Saudi dining experience and lead the way for F&B development in the Middle East.
