Food Policy Pathways is a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing the critical staffing gaps in public sector food policy roles. We focus on solving challenges within the food system—spanning health, climate change, and sustainable agriculture—by connecting talented professionals with impactful government and public service opportunities.

Our mission is to build a thriving food policy career marketplace. Through tailored job matching, mentorship programs, and career development resources, we empower early- and mid-career professionals to drive systemic change while supporting policymakers and public sector employers in advancing effective, equitable food policies.

We believe that the path to healthier communities, a more sustainable environment, and a resilient food system begins with visionary leadership and well-equipped teams.

✨ Together, let’s shape the future of food policy. ✨
