Food Services, Inc. (FSI) is an employee-owned broadline foodservice distributor with deep roots in Washington State. Our history dates back to 1945, when Everett Hall founded a wholesale meat processing company at our current location.

Over the decades, FSI evolved through strong local ownership — expanding freezer and dry storage capabilities, transitioning into wholesale grocery distribution, and growing into one of Washington’s most respected family-owned broadline distributors under Bill and Jerri Crawford.

In early 2026, FSI proudly became an Employee-Owned Company (ESOP) — built on the strength, dedication, and commitment of our team. As we move into our next chapter, we are growing rapidly and investing in driven professionals who want to build long-term careers and income potential.
