Good food transcends mere taste; it enhances the quality of life. That's why every ingredient we offer is meticulously selected to be nothing short of exceptional. For over 25 years, we have sourced highest quality sustainably grown and ethically sourced cocoa and cacao powders. Our dedication ensures that these ingredients are not only sustainable, but also deliver exquisite flavours.

From our inception, we have fostered enduring partnerships with our suppliers, guaranteeing transparency throughout our supply chain. This approach not only ensures safer conditions and fair compensation for our farmers, but also underscores our promise of unrivalled ingredient integrity.

At the heart of our ethos lies an unwavering commitment to sustainability and excellence, from bean to bag and beyond. We uphold stringent standards, never compromising on our principles:

1. Naturally prepared, finest single-origin cocoa beans: Exclusively sourced from Fino de Aroma beans, representing the top 8% of global production. Our beans undergo a meticulous 14-day sun-drying process, allowing for full-bodied flavour and enhanced nutritional retention. Quality this exceptional cannot be hurried. This dedication has earned us acclaim and a cherished place in countless kitchens.

2. Sustainable farming practices: Our organic cocoa and cacao powders are testament to our eco-conscious ethos. Certified by the Soil Association and Regenerative Organic Certified, they are cultivated by small-scale farmers trained in sustainable agricultural techniques, prioritising soil health and local water conservation.

3. Ethical sourcing: We steadfastly uphold fair trade principles, ensuring farmers receive well-above-average prices. This not only supports communities but also enriches lives through investments in health, education, and sustainable agriculture.
