David Goodtree has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. In 1987, they began their career as an IT Manager at Tweeds. David then moved on to become a Senior Product Manager at MCI in 1990. In 1994, they joined Forrester Research as a Group Director, where they managed teams of analysts and consultants delivering tech market research and futures for Global 2,000 CxOs. In 1999, they took on the role of VP Marketing at Akamai, leading the team that developed the branding and market introduction of the world's leading content-delivery, cloud performance, and security company. In 2000, they co-founded and became a trustee of the Goodtree Gordon Charitable Foundation. In 2001, they began investing in startups as an angel and syndicate, with exits including Argus (Continental), Briefcam (Canon), Corephotonics (Samsung), Innoviz (SPAC), Lemonade (IPO), Neverware (Google), Rewalk (IPO), Zebra Medical (Nanox), and more. In 2014, they joined OurCrowd as a Global Venture Partner and Board Of Advisors. In 2017, they began planning a new venture. In 2019, they became Chairman, CEO & Co-Founder of FoodGraph. Most recently, in 2021, they joined The Gerald J. and Dorothy R. Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University as an Entrepreneurship Advisor.
