Peter Keating

Peter Keating is a seasoned executive in human resources and talent management, currently serving as SVP of People at Foodsmart since April 2024. Previously, Peter was the Chief People Officer at GetWellNetwork from July 2018 to April 2024, where responsibilities included shaping company culture and workforce development strategies. Peter also held various roles at The Advisory Board Company over two decades, culminating as Executive Director of Career Management, and worked at Korn Ferry as a Senior Associate focused on executive recruitment. Early professional experience includes positions at CEB, managing account functions for HR research, and developing research briefs for executives in Human Resources. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Denison University, completed in 1995.
