FoodSpace was born out of the frustration of how some contract catering operates in the food industry. Commercial kitchens are notorious for producing large amount of food waste, from vegetable & fruit peelings, meat trimmings, fish bones, milk, stale breads, excess food stock etc. Breaking the thought process that chefs are used too, and looking at these foods in another way, treating them as an ingredient rather than waste is the beginning of change. Sustainability is fundamentally important to our company and as a team, we take a lot of pride in all of the little things that we do together to help us to be kinder to our environment.

Our business is built on partnerships with our clients, and we appreciate that every single one of them is different. Because we’re an entrepreneurial style business, we don’t have a one-size-fits-all template that we attempt to force on each client. We focus on tailor-made solutions. We take time to develop bespoke ideas to match the client culture, employees’ tastes and the physical environment.
