Tim Caynes

Tim Caynes is currently the Experience Design Director at Foolproof, a position they have held since 2010. Prior to that, they were a User Experience Designer at Tobias & Tobias Interactive and timcaynes.com. Tim has also worked as a User Experience Designer at Sun Microsystems from 1995 to 2009.

Caynes has extensive experience in information architecture, user-centred design and customer-driven innovation. Tim has advised clients in various industries such as financial services, automotive and construction. Tim's work revolves around developing software application frameworks and delivering user activity flows, wireframes and UI specifications.

Caynes is highly collaborative, working closely with business owners and stakeholders to ensure that the final product meets their needs and expectations. Tim is also an excellent communicator, able to clearly articulate their ideas and designs to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Tim Caynes has a BSc (Hons) in Computing and Usability Engineering from The Manchester Metropolitan University.

They work with David Rogerson - Experience Design Director, Hina Elton - Experience Design Director, and Rob Sterry - Experience Design Director. Their manager is James Reeve, Executive Director, Experience Design.
