Sylvain Ract

Sylvain Ract has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 as President of the Forum des Télécommunications, where they led a team of a hundred students and managed a budget of half a million dollars for a recruiting fair. In 2011, they were the Coordinator of the Clique à Bayangam humanitarian project, where they led four students in bringing computers to a remote village in west Cameroon and teaching the children the basics of computing. From 2012-2013, they were a Software Engineer Intern at Sigma Designs, where they created a GUI using C++, Qt, and Javascript-HTML to install and manage multimedia applications on a TV connected via Sigma's chips. In 2018, they joined SporTech FR as a Member. Most recently, in 2013, they founded Footbar, a startup company to redefine the Soccer playing experience using artificial intelligence. Thanks to their mobile app, soccer can be practiced at home, while competing against the whole world.

Sylvain Ract received a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Embedded Systems from Télécom Paris in 2013. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Champollion from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Chemical Physics in the Classe Préparatoire.
