On top of my playing career ( details in the link provided ), I have a prolific coaching background. Starting when I was 16, I would coach kids and friends privately, teaching them the ins and outs of soccer and physique. During my time in Saint Louis, Soccer Shots Franchise hired me for three years where I learned the craft of session planning, skills training, setup, and delivery. To this day, I love coaching groups and individuals privately at any time and specialize in physical fitness, skills training, player communication, field awareness, and shooting techniques. I also have expertise in Exercise Physiology to which I practice proper exercise ethics, research-based protocols, and injury prevention biomechanics in all my sessions. Each lesson is planned with case study-based tactics to improve players' speed, power, agility, strength, endurance, flexibility, range of motion, and longevity. All of Footflix’s sessions are combined with soccer skills criteria to provide all-encompassing top tier training that Dallas deserves!
