John Curley

John Curley started their work experience in 1993 as the Chief of Police at the Covina Police Department. John held this position until February 2021. In February 2021, they joined Foothill Transit as the Chief of Safety and Security, where they are currently working.

John Curley completed their education history as follows:

John obtained a Master's degree in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne, starting in 2005 and finishing in 2007.

In 2002, they participated in the SGV Leadership Program at the University of Southern California, where they received a Leadership 21 certificate.

From 1987 to 1992, John pursued their Bachelor's degree at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, majoring in Business with a focus on Management/Human Resources.

In addition to their formal education, John also obtained several certifications. John successfully completed the Enterprise Cybersecurity Leadership program offered by the Professional Development Academy in November 2021. In August 2017, they earned the POST Executive Certificate from California POST. Lastly, in May 2008, they achieved the POST Management Certificate, also from California POST.
