Tom Selinske

Tom Selinske is an entrepreneur and educator who has held leadership roles in finance, governance, and higher education. They founded Focus Out Introductions Group and served as CFO for Focus Out (2015–2023), and are the Chief Financial Officer of The Selinske Strategy (2020–Present), as well as the owner of Selinske & Associates (2010–Present). They chair the Foothill Workforce Development Board (2024–Present) and teach in the FIDM Business Management Program (2009–Present), and previously worked as a Sunbelt Business Brokers associate (2009–2024) and as an Outside Board Member for Twyne (2020–2022). Past governance experience includes serving on the Pasadena Unified School District Board (2007–2015, president 2008–2010) and owning Encore Awards/Jensen Stamps (1984–2009). They hold an MBA from Pepperdine University, an Associate of Arts from Pasadena City College, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing Management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
