Bill Manley

Bill Manley serves as the Sales and Marketing Director at Foothills Brewing since August 2022. Prior to this role, Bill held various positions at Surly Brewing Co. from January 2018 to August 2022, including Vice President of Brand Development and Vice President of Marketing/Brand, focusing on brand and product development and innovation. Bill's experience at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. from June 2008 to November 2017 involved roles such as New Product Development Manager and Communications Manager, emphasizing new beer creation and brand voice development. Earlier in their career, Bill worked as a photojournalist for The Virginian-Pilot and The Northwest Herald, documenting stories through photography. Bill earned a Bachelor of Arts in Photojournalism from Columbia College Chicago in 2002.
