Michael Morales

Michael Morales has diverse work experience in the field of data and analytics, political campaigns, and education. Michael is currently serving as the National Data & Analytics Director at For Our Future since September 2021. Previously, they worked as the Deputy Data Director, Data Infrastructure and Reporting for the same organization from December 2019 to September 2021. Prior to that, Michael worked at AFSCME as a Political Data and Targeting Specialist from February 2018 to November 2019 and as a Field Data Coordinator for the Western United States from January 2016 to February 2018. Michael also served as a Deputy Field Director at Suffolk County Democratic Committee in 2015 and as a Field Director for Joe Garcia for Congress in 2014. Michael has experience in voter registration as the Voter Registration Director at Florida Democratic Party in 2014 and as a Field Organizer for Alex Sink for Congress from January 2014 to March 2014. Additionally, they have worked as a Field Organizer at Suffolk County Coordinated Campaign from June 2013 to November 2013 and as a GOTV Director for David Jacobson for Dekalb in March 2013. Michael also has experience in education as an Associate Curriculum Development Researcher at Somerset Academy Charter Schools from April 2010 to August 2010. Michael also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Sigma Alpha Mu Fraternity Inc from August 2012 to August 2013.

Michael Morales obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Florida between 2009 and 2013.
