For The Pups, founded by Gina and Jorge Dueñas, is a pup-loving community and initiative inspired by the love they share for their three pups, Deacon, Chloe, and Sebastián, and their commitment to helping dogs in need. What began as a way to celebrate the everyday joy of life with pups has grown into a space for connection, compassion, and collective impact.

Through storytelling and community-driven events, For The Pups brings together pup parents, volunteers, and changemakers who believe every dog deserves a safe, happy home.

From sharing favorite pup-friendly places, gear, recipes, and enrichment ideas, organizing volunteer parties (events), and pup photography, they’re contributing to a movement of people showing up for dogs in meaningful, everyday ways.

Giving back is woven into the founders' businesses. Dolce Terra supports animal causes with 10% of every sale, and Dueñas Realty Group donates at least 1% of net earnings to dog-focused causes. For The Pups ties it all together, creating space to do more good, connect with our community, and amplify the work of incredible advocates and rescues.

They’re currently laying the groundwork for the For The Pups Foundation, the nonprofit arm of the mission that will expand the ability to fundraise, support rescue efforts, and create lasting impact. The Foundation is in the works and not yet a 501(c)(3).
