Ailton Muchave

Ailton Muchave is the Country Director at ForAfrika, where they lead humanitarian and development initiatives in Angola by aligning the country strategy with global objectives. Previously, Ailton served as the National Program Director at SOS Children's Villages International and held various roles at World Vision, including Program Manager and Integrated Program Team Leader. Ailton has extensive experience in program management, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building, with a strong focus on education policy reforms in collaboration with government and international organizations. They earned a Doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management from Atlantic International University.
