Senior Sales Director at Forager Project

Scott Stark has held various roles in the food industry since 2002. Scott began their career as the Owner/Operator of S&B Produce Corp in Bergenfield, NJ, where they successfully implemented and maintained new accounts, developed creative strategies, set sales goals, and negotiated pricing and buying of all specialty produce and food products.

In 2001, Scott moved to New York City to become the Production Manager at Scripps Networks/Food Network Live. In this role, they managed numerous large scale events throughout the country, created project plans defining project budget, timeline, schedules, and equipment rentals, and worked closely with Food Network Talent and Corporate Sponsors to ensure all specific needs were met.

In 2010, Scott became the President of Two Guys Food Group in Bergenfield, NJ. Scott conceptualized the idea of creating a line of tomato products utilizing the Jersey Tomato which eventually became Two Guys Jersey Tomato Sauce. Scott was in charge of national sales and opened accounts in over 1500 retail stores including Whole Foods, Shoprite, Stop and Shop, A&P, Fairway, and other specialty markets throughout the country. Scott also managed all broker networks on branded and private label items.

Scott has been the Senior Sales Director at Forager Project since 2015.

Scott Stark graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in the School of Management. Prior to that, they attended Bergenfield High School.
