Tracy Aitchison

Tracy Aitchison is an experienced HR and ESG professional currently serving as Vice President of HR, H&S, and ESG at Foran Mining since March 2024. Prior roles include General Manager and Director of HR Strategic Business Partners for Regional Operations at Suncor from April 2019 to March 2024. Tracy's extensive experience at Vale spanned from September 2002 to June 2018, where roles included Vice President of Human Resources for Base Metals and Manager of Human Resources for Corporate, Technical Services, and Global Marketing. Earlier career experience includes serving as an HR Advisor at Newmont Mining Corporation from 1998 to 2002. Tracy holds a BA in Labour Studies from McMaster University and completed the In Residence Leadership Program at Harvard Business School in 2019.
