Samson Karben

Samson Karben is currently a Research Engineer at FORAY bioscience, responsible for lab inventory and data management, as well as laboratory and plant cell line maintenance. Prior to this role, Samson worked as an Upstream Process Development Engineer I at Ring Therapeutics, where they performed mammalian cell culture experiments and designed experiments using bioreactors. With previous experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Cornell University, Samson has a background in extracting proteins and DNA from tissues, performing immunoblots, and developing solar-powered tagging to track bird behavior. They obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biological Engineering from Cornell University in May 2021.
