Martin Rand

Martin Rand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial negotiations and leadership within the technology and agriculture sectors. As President and CEO of Pactum AI since January 2019, Rand has spearheaded initiatives to automate commercial negotiations and enhance contract value for clients. Previously, Rand held notable roles as Commercial Lead for Europe at The Climate Corporation and Monsanto Company, and as Co-founder and CEO of VitalFields, a digital agriculture firm. Additional contributions include serving as a member of the Supervisory Board at GScan and writing for Forbes.com on negotiation strategies. Rand's earlier experience includes managerial positions at Elion Enterprises and Skype, as well as a foundational role at the Estonian Plant Production Inspectorate. Rand holds a Master's degree in IT Management from the Estonian Business School and has pursued further education at Harvard and Stanford.
