Maxwell Wu is a seasoned venture builder and private equity investor, currently serving as the Co-Founder and CEO of Fulcrum Lending Corporation, a digital lender focused on the multifamily housing and finance industry. With a robust background in real estate investment and operations, Maxwell has managed over $1.4 billion in institutional private equity funds and structured complex joint ventures. They previously led the spinout of TapCap, a mortgage technology platform, and have held various roles in investment banking and real estate management throughout their career, including positions at PNE Holdings and C-III Capital Partners. Maxwell graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and holds a Master’s in Real Estate from Columbia University.
