Alice Vickers

Alice is an Analyst at Forbion and joined the investment team in March 2023 in the Amsterdam office. Prior to Forbion, Alice was part of the Life Sciences investment team at Inkef Capital.

Alice was awarded her PhD in Stem Cells & Regenerative Medicine from King’s College London, funded by the Medical Research Council UK. Her research used human induced pluripotent stem cells for functional genomic studies that mapped genetic variants to cell phenotypes, leading to publications in top-tier journals including Nature, Cell Reports and Stem Cell Reports. Alongside her PhD, Alice completed an internship with M Ventures, and carried out a cell therapy landscaping project with Syncona.

Alice also holds an MSc in Biological Sciences from University College London, and an MRes in Biomedical & Translational Science from King's College London.
