Wouter joined Forbion in 2019 as a Partner

Wouter is responsible for deal origination, portfolio management and divestment strategies. Previously Wouter was a Senior Trader Life Sciences at Kempen, one of the leading investment banks focused on life sciences. In this role Wouter has been actively running Kempen’s trading portfolio, he was involved in deal structuring, corporate finance and equity capital market transactions, and crossing large blocks of company shares. At Kempen Wouter was also an Executive Board member of the Life Sciences Franchise, responsible for defining and execute the niche’s strategy, budgets etc.
