Merete Nørtoft

Merete Nørtoft is an experienced leader specializing in transformations and IT systems replacement within the pension industry. Currently serving as the Afdelingschef at Forca, they oversee the Livkerne and Business Architecture teams. Previously, Merete held various actuarial roles, including Team Leader at PenSam, where they managed a team of actuaries and led significant IT transformations. With a strong background in both actuarial science and system development, Merete excels in navigating the intersection of business and IT to achieve strategic goals. They hold a Master's degree in Insurance Science from Københavns Universitet.
