Søren Østergaard

Søren Østergaard is the CEO of Forca A/S, a pivotal service provider in the Danish pensions industry, overseeing an organization of 450 FTE and managing assets worth 800 billion DKK for five pension fund customers. Prior to this role, Søren served as Senior Vice President at NNIT, leading a global team of 1,500 FTE and participating in group management. Additional positions include Board member and General Manager at NNIT China and roles at TDC Group, PA Consulting, and IBM. Søren's educational background encompasses advanced executive programs from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School, Stanford University, INSEAD, and IMD, as well as a Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen and King's College London.
