Whatever your endeavour, Force and Grace can create tailored, proven solutions to enable success for you and your team.
With over a decade of experience coaching in elite level sport, my passion is in helping people actualise their highest potential. That passion continues to grow today with the breadth of clients I am privileged to support. The last five years with Red Bull Racing Formula 1 team and being personal performance coach to Max Verstappen, arguably the sports most exciting talent in a generation; have been grounded in the physical preparation of elite teams in professional rugby and combat sports.
At the sharp end of one of the most innovative working environments, my time in Formula 1 has honed my skill in developing high-performance relationships to allow teams and individuals to express their talent to the fullest. Even in a world led by technology and data, its relationship first. Those relationships form the core of the coaching model at Force and Grace, allowing people to break through perceived limitations and achieve their boldest endeavours through self-leadership.
