Kristin Bartholomew

Kristin Bartholomew has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Kristin is currently the Vice President of People at Force Factor, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this, they were the Head of Human Resources at CTDI, a global engineering and repair organization, from January 2015 to September 2021. In this role, they were responsible for various aspects of human resources, including benefits, recruitment, training, and employee relations. Before joining CTDI, Kristin held HR leadership roles at UniTek Global Services, Empire Education Group, and Fabri-Kal. Kristin also has experience as an adjunct instructor at McCann School of Business and as a human resources specialist/staffing specialist at Manpower. Kristin began their career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as an Assistant Rental Manager/Management Trainee.

Kristin Bartholomew completed their undergraduate education from 1998 to 2002 at Penn State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Management. Kristin pursued further education from 2007 to 2009 at the University of Phoenix, where they obtained a Master's degree in Management.
