Eric Bookout has a strong background in creative marketing and advertising, with experience in various leadership roles. Eric is currently working as a Senior Creative Director at Force Factor since 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Group Creative Director at Nutrabolt from 2017 to 2022, where they successfully developed and managed a creative marketing department. Eric has also worked at Daniel Brian Advertising as a Group Creative Director from 2014 to 2017, and at Lowe Campbell Ewald as an Associate Creative Director from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, Eric has experience as a Multimedia Art Director and Flash Developer at Speedshape from 2007 to 2010, as well as a Multimedia Designer at LifestoryNetwork from 2004 to 2007. Eric began their career as an Intern at Blue L Multimedia in 2003. Before entering the creative field, Eric worked as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Marriott Suites O'Hare from 2000 to 2001, where they played a crucial role in revenue growth and cost savings.

Eric Bookout earned their BA degree from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business, majoring in Hospitality Business. Eric then pursued an Associates of Arts and Multimedia degree at Lansing Community College, specializing in Graphic Arts and Animation from 2001 to 2003. In 2006 and 2007, Eric attended Kalamazoo Valley Community College, focusing on Web Development and Design. Prior to their college education, they received a high school diploma from Warren Mott in 1995 after completing their General Studies.
