Erin Bouchane

Erin Bouchane serves as the Air National Guard (ANG) Paralegal MAJCOM Functional Manager for Air Combat Command (ACC) since January 2024, after holding the position of Senior Paralegal at Force Science since November 2021. Previously, Erin worked as Paralegal Manager for the National Guard Bureau, overseeing the launch of the ANG Defense Program and managing defense personnel across 54 states and territories. With extensive experience in legal services spanning over two decades in various capacities, including Senior Enlisted Leader/Paralegal at Ohio Air National Guard and legal roles in the Ohio Attorney General's Office, Erin has developed a strong expertise in litigation support, regulatory compliance, and personnel training. Educational qualifications include multiple certifications from the Air Force JAG School and degrees in Applied Management and Legal Assisting.
