Michael Musengo

Michael Musengo currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development and an Instructor at Force Science, where responsibilities include training, speaking, and consulting since November 2019. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Training Commander at the Syracuse Police Training Division from October 2017 to June 2020, and also worked as a part-time consultant for the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services during the same period. Michael's extensive experience with the Syracuse Police Department, spanning from March 1992 to June 2020, includes roles in SWAT as DELTA TL, OIC SPD SWAT Firearms Cadre, and Tactical Coordinator, along with serving as the Director for the SPD Basic Operator Course. Michael has pursued education at the University at Albany and the State University of New York at Oswego.
