Casper Radil

Casper Radil, PhD, is an executive data and AI leader with over 20 years of experience in digital data strategy, analytics, and IT management. They are currently the Head of BI & Analytics at FORCE Technology and have previously held leadership roles at Danske Spil A/S and Andel Energi, where they developed innovative analytics platforms and oversaw comprehensive data organizations. Casper earned a PhD in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Copenhagen, during which they also made significant contributions to the field of digital media through research and teaching. They have been recognized as a key figure in analytics strategy across various organizations and have presented at numerous conferences internationally.
