Matthew Millis is a construction lawyer and Managing Partner at Easter & Cavosie, where they assist developers, contractors, and designer professionals in navigating the complexities of the construction process. With extensive experience in commercial litigation, they provide counsel from project inception to completion and guide clients through dispute resolution. Previously, Matthew served as a Litigation Attorney at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. and Hoover Hull LLP, and held the position of Partner at Wooden McLaughlin. Matthew earned a BS & BA in Organizational Leadership and Organizational Communication, as well as a Doctor of Law (J.D.), both with magna cum laude honors.
