Richard Rouse

Richard Rouse has over 20 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Richard currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Force Construction Company, Inc. since July 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at GECOM Corporation for 20 years, where they held various positions including Human Resources Supervisor, Human Resources Generalist, and Team Leader/Back-up Foreman. In their roles at GECOM Corporation, Richard was responsible for tasks such as precision measurements, payroll editing, training, counseling, drug screenings, and terminations. Richard was promoted to the position of HR Generalist in September 2005.

Richard Rouse attended Purdue University from 2002 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership & Supervision. In terms of additional certifications, Richard Rouse obtained a Mental Health First Aider certification from the Wellness Council of Indiana in September 2022. Prior to this, in June 2020, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
