Emma Maciver

Emma Maciver has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and companies. Emma worked at Force24 - Marketing Automation as a Customer Success Manager starting in May 2023.

Prior to that, they were an Accounts Director at PHMG from July 2021 to May 2023, where they maintained relationships with clients from around the world, provided account management and customer care, and offered expert audio branding advice.

Before their role as an Accounts Director, Emma held positions at PHMG as a Client Services Manager from January 2021 to April 2021, and as a Senior Account Manager from October 2018 to January 2021, where they handled client communication, support, and issue resolution for PHMG's 32,000 clients.

Emma also worked as a Senior Account Manager at Now Healthcare Group Ltd. from September 2017 to October 2018, and as a Retail Store Manager at Sainsbury's from June 2014 to September 2017.

Emma Maciver pursued their Bachelor of Laws degree in Law at Lancaster University from 2013 to 2016.
