Josh Wand

Josh Wand has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Josh is the Founder & Motivator in Chief at ForceBrands, a leading recruiting firm in the consumer product industry. At ForceBrands, they oversee executive search services and board of director assembly.

In addition, Josh is a General Partner at The Family Fund & Founder Community, a venture capital firm. Josh brings their extensive network of proven CEOs and founders to assist up-and-coming consumer brands and technology companies.

Josh is also a Co-Founder of PINATA, a company established in 2016. Furthermore, they serve as a Board Member at Wellfare since 2021.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Josh held the position of Vice President Sales & Distribution at Sidebar Spirits, LLC from 2002 to 2008. Prior to that, they worked as the Nevada State Manager at AV Imports and as an Asian Account Specialist at Southern Wine & Spirits.

Josh Wand attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 1995 to 2000, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management.
