Silvia C. has over 30 years of experience in various roles within the technology and software industry. Silvia started their career at Logic Control in 1986, where they worked as an Analyst and Software Implementer, conducting analysis, development, and implementation of proprietary software for clients nationwide. Silvia then moved on to Sage in 2010, where they served as a Sage ERP X3 Consultant, specializing in finance. Silvia'sresponsibilities included analyzing business processes, finding solutions or forwarding requests to the development department, configuring and launching applications, providing user training, and offering support during implementation. In 2012, Silvia joined Gabarro, S.L. as a Sage ERP X3 Consultant. Silvia then joined ForceManager in 2013, initially working as a Customer Success Manager and currently serving as part of the Customer Care & Technical team. Silvia'srole involves effectively managing customer relationships, analyzing satisfaction levels, and identifying potential needs. ForceManager is a pioneering company in the development of commercial network management software (CRM) that enhances the performance of off-site sales teams. Silvia's work experience showcases their extensive technical expertise and customer-centric approach.
Silvia C. holds a degree in Ingeniero Técnico Informática de Gestión from CEP. Silvia also has a degree in Ingeniería técnica industrial with a specialization in electrónica from the Escola universitària d’enginyeria tècnica industrial de Barcelona.
In addition to their formal education, Silvia C. has obtained certifications in various fields. Silvia completed a Curso de preparación para la Certificación ITIL Foundation v4 ¡A Tu Ritmo! from EIGP, Escuela Internacional de Gestión de Proyectos in July 2021.
