Head of Customer Success LATAM at ForceManager

Zeina Flores has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Zeina started their career at MSP Mobility in 2006 as an Ingeniería de Clientes, where they were responsible for business development and advising national and international Business Partners. Zeina also integrated projects with telecom providers and the IT department. Zeina then joined Carnot Laboratorios in 2008 as Jefatura de Visita Médica, where they managed and improved sales automation projects and Business Intelligence reports. Zeina also supervised the management of the medical file and provided support to executives and representatives. After that, Zeina worked at AMK Technologies from 2014 to 2016 as a Sales & Business Development Manager, handling mobile business solutions and supervising digital marketing activities. Zeina then joined BMobile Grupo Scanda in 2016 as Ejecutiva de Movilidad. Zeina'smost recent role was at ForceManager, where they started as a Sales Executive LATAM in 2017 and progressed to Customer Success Manager LATAM before becoming the Head of Customer Success LATAM in 2023.

Zeina Flores attended the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México from 1996 to 2002, where they completed a degree in Ingeniera en Computación with a specialization in Bioingeniería.
