Jacob Cramer

Jacob Cramer is an accomplished researcher and data strategist specializing in policing analytics and public safety. Cramer serves as the Director of Data Innovation at ForceMetrics, focusing on developing actionable insights and aligning company initiatives with key public safety objectives. Previously, Cramer was a Senior Researcher at RTI International, where efforts concentrated on advancing the policing profession through research and improved strategies. Additional experience includes roles at ICF, the United Nations' IOM, AECOM, and the Tucson Police Department. Cramer has also contributed to academia as an instructor and research associate at the University of Arizona. Cramer holds a Ph.D. from the University of Arizona, along with a Master's degree from the same institution and a Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University.
