Alexei Melnik has over a decade of experience in software escalation and customer support. Currently serving as Manager of Software Escalations at Forcepoint since February 2018, Alexei has also held roles as Sr. Software Escalation Engineer and Software Escalation Engineer within the same company. Prior to Forcepoint, Alexei was a Customer Support & Implementation Engineer at TraderTools from September 2015 to February 2018, and previously worked as a Senior Support Engineer at Jetro Platforms from September 2011 to September 2015.
