Danielle Flynn

Danielle Flynn, M.S., SHRM-CP, currently serves as a People Business Partner for GTM & G&A at Forcepoint, where since January 2017, Danielle has provided HR support for critical groups including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, IT, and Security. Responsibilities involve engaging with business leaders to address challenges, managing complex employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Representative at JM Eagle and a Client Services and Human Resource Specialist at Spectrum Communications Cabling Services, Inc., where Danielle focused on maintaining employment records and interpreting HR policies. Danielle holds a Master's Degree in Employment Relations from Penn State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from California State University-San Bernardino.
